What Women Never Hear

Ladies: The family that prays together stays together. It’s the responsibility of father or single mom. The family that eats together greets and meets together. It’s the mother’s responsibility. I encourage all new and expectant moms to exploit their most wonderful strength, mothering at meal time. In fact, smother love is appropriate.

Mom rules best when she believes this principle. The family that stays together for meals with fun added is the family that stays together for life. The more important meal time ranks above all other schedules, the more effective mom rules.

What cuddly breast feeding does for infants and nurturing does for toddlers, pleasant meals do for tweens, teens, and their father. The only thing lacking is the group magnetism that seals the family together as a unit. Ritual habit accomplishes that.

First, mom can’t satisfy everybody. So, she rules mealtimes with an iron fist. Only she decides…
